Whether you are going through stress, adjustment to parenting, baby blues, or pregnancy or postpartum depression/anxiety, our groups are here for you.

  • Find Your Peer Mentor

    Receive dedicated support from a parent who has been in your shoes. Coping with the mental health challenges related to childbearing can feel isolating. Be thoughtfully matched with a trained volunteer who has also experienced and fully recovered from a Perinatal Mood Disorder (PMD).  You don’t have to do this alone.

  • Postpartum Planning Workshop

    Is your family growing? Would you like some dedicated time to learn and think about your postpartum period?  The main topics covered will be: postpartum physical recovery, partner support, self-care, support networks, relationship of lactation with emotional wellbeing, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
