Natassia Williamson is a Family Nurse Practitioner, maternal mental health advocate, and founder of Aurora Maternal & Family Healthcare. As a disabled veteran and mother of three, she brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to her work supporting individuals and families during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

She is also the creator of the blog Bottles, Boobs, and Feeding Tubes, where she shares stories, education, and practical guidance for parents navigating complex feeding and maternal health challenges. In addition, Natassia hosts the podcast Reflections of a Rebel Mom, a platform that amplifies honest conversations about motherhood, mental health, and redefining parenting norms.
She is honored to serve on the Postpartum Support International Board, advocating for trauma-informed care, culturally responsive support, and accessible perinatal mental health resources for all families.
