Kay Clinton
Digital Engagement Coordinator
Kay Clinton is a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator devoted to holding sacred space for every part of the perinatal journey. Her work is grounded in the belief that every birthing person deserves care that honors their whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
Through Spiritual Garden Healing, Kay provides empowering education, restorative practices, and compassionate support to help families prepare for birth, navigate postpartum transitions, and enter parenthood with confidence and calm. Her approach is collaborative and holistic, ensuring each care plan reflects the unique values, voices, and needs of the families she serves.
As a doula trainer and facilitator, Kay has spent the past two years guiding aspiring doulas in building sustainable, purpose-led practices rooted in integrity. She is also the first AHCCCS group provider for doula services—a milestone that represents not only personal achievement but meaningful progress for the community.
Most recently, Kay was appointed to the Arizona Rural Maternal Mental Health Advisory Board, where she advocates for equitable access, culturally rooted support, and improved mental health outcomes for birthing people and families across rural communities.
Kay’s mission is to nurture connection and belonging—for families and for the doulas who support them—so that no one ever walks this journey alone.
