Gail Williams
Gail Williams is an Afro-Colombiana, full-spectrum doula, and fierce reproductive justice advocate based in Arizona. With over 20 years in community-based support, Gail has dedicated her career to empowering families and ensuring equitable access to care.
Holding a Bachelor’s in Early Child Development, Education and Policy, Gail's expertise is further shaped by 15+ years as a Lay Legal Advocate for victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, where she provided safety planning and legal navigation.
She is a recognized leader, serving on the Arizona Doula Advisory Board Committee and acting as a Community-based Doula Trainer & Facilitator for Health Connect One. Through her LLC, Doula4Care, Gail specializes in supporting and mentoring doulas and families expecting multiples. She is also developing specialized workshops for families with children who have special needs. Gail is a mother of four, including a set of twins.
